Refund Policy

Agentic Labs is a private membership community for builders, creators, vibe coders, and developers learning AI automation, agentic coding, AI-assisted development, and modern AI engineering workflows.

When you join Agentic Labs, you receive immediate access to member-only areas, community discussions, live sessions, build challenges, masterclass content, templates, workflows, source code, project files, recordings, and other digital resources.

Because access to these digital materials and community resources is granted immediately, all membership payments are final unless otherwise required by law.

Monthly Memberships

Monthly membership payments are non-refundable.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your Skool account. After cancellation, you will keep access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will apply after cancellation.

Annual Memberships

Annual membership payments are non-refundable.

Annual memberships are intended for members who want to commit for the year and receive the best available value compared to paying monthly. If you cancel an annual membership, you will keep access until the end of your current annual billing period.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Immediate Digital Access

Agentic Labs includes digital resources and educational materials that can be accessed, viewed, downloaded, copied, or consumed immediately after joining.

For this reason, refunds are not provided after access has been granted, including situations where a member has accessed the community, viewed course materials, downloaded resources, joined discussions, attended live sessions, or used any member-only content.

Exceptional Billing Issues

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or situations where a member can show that they did not access or use the platform, community, course content, live sessions, or member-only resources after purchase.

Any refund decision is made at our sole discretion and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Rejoining After Cancellation

If you cancel your membership and later decide to rejoin, you will rejoin at the public membership price available at that time.

Any previous discounted, promotional, or founding member pricing may no longer apply after cancellation.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a billing concern, please contact Leon directly through Skool before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in removal from the community and loss of access to all member-only materials.

Access After Refunds, Disputes, or Removal

If access is revoked for any reason, this includes access to all community areas, live sessions, recordings, resources, templates, workflows, source code, project files, masterclass content, and any other member-only materials.
